سُورَةُ النَّاسِ
Surah number 114. 6 verses. Makki.
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, the rejected one.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the Name of Allāh, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ﴿١﴾
Say, ‘I seek the protection of the Lord of humans,(1)
مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ﴿٢﴾
Sovereign of humans,(2)
إِلَـٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ﴿٣﴾
God of humans,(3)
مِن شَرِّ ٱلْوَسْوَاسِ ٱلْخَنَّاسِ﴿٤﴾
from the evil of the sneaky tempter(4)
ٱلَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ﴿٥﴾
who puts temptations into the breasts of humans,(5)
مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ﴿٦﴾
from among the jinn and humans.’(6)
